Iberian Pig

Currently residing in Boston, MA, I'm an alumni from UW-Madison, and hold an MA-Cultural Anthropology student from the University of Denver. Over the past couple years, I've stumbled into an interesting array of fortuitous jobs and travel experiences, ranging from Minneapolis to Malta. I enjoy growing my own chemical free vegetable garden and spreading this passion to others. I'm also a giant literature fan, and absorb books when I have time. A few of my favorites include: Tale of the Unknown Island by Jose Saramago, Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison and Haroun and the Sea of Stories by Salman Rushdie. I love slowing down my life to cook, and experiment with different kinds of food, while listening to plethora of podcasts. I try to be ecologically conscious when choosing my food and in living my life. I hope you enjoy my tidbits about food, cooking and life in general. During the days, I spend most of my time enthusiastically working in public radio. View all posts by Ray P.
